Convenient, next to old city town.
But if you stay more than 1 day, there should no more water, coffee / tea provided, even you requested, they have to charge, VND75K/US$3 for a bottle of water, very expensive.

サービスは素敵でした。室內プールもビリヤードも付いてて楽しめたのと朝食が美味しかったです！部屋に蟲がいたり、シャワーの水が床水浸しになってしまったのが難點でしたが、総合的にすごくよかったです！ありがとうございました！

Great place to stay, situated in the heart of Beer Street (Old Quarters). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rose, our receptionist who checked us in, was lovely and even offered to help us check in for our flights with Vietjet as we were having problems and took care of our luggage while we took a day trip to Ha Long Bay. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Hanoi again.

A well situated 4 star hotel in the old Quarter with plenty of shops and eateries around. Hotel room furniture's and carpet a bit old. Staffs are quite friendly and helpful. The hotel come with free buffet morning breakfast which is plus. Highly recommend for short time stayers.
